ABOUT US

Located in Historic Great Plains state of South Dakota, Premier Asset Recovery is an independent research and retrieval agency specializing in the recovery of unclaimed funds for businesses and individuals throughout the United States. We see our role as an unincorporated charitable but for profit team that services those who may have suffered under the strong arm of various taxing, bankruptcy or foreclosure agencies. And we love the good news that “We have found money for you, if we can find you!”

Our staff is comprised of three core company principals: Tim Farquarz, with a background in investigation and marketing; RC Thunder, who has a background in small business and media; and Darwin Mickelson, founder and principal for ethics, acquisitions and disposition of company holdings. Various other affiliate organizations and personnel enhance our research and communication abilities throughout the nation.We employ state of the art discovery software, which must remain compliant with all state and federal consumer protection laws. No known complaints have been lodged against us with the state’s Attorney General offices across The United States.

As Chief Officer of Operations, Tim’s background is in marketing, sales and service. Tim is our most public figure and will be the most likely person to speak with you by phone. He is the “premier” investigative specialist for Premier Asset Recovery’s service. His goal is to help those fortunate prospective claimants we approach to overcome their fears of the unknown and establish sufficient trust, so these claimant/clients can help, by giving us their authorization to collect the funds our data indicates that they are due.

Although raised as a child from humble beginnings, RC is our most accomplished member in media and business negotiations and has years of experience in several different areas of American industry. As Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for viewing everyday events from the larger picture and he holds all company players to keep their individual commitments to our clients and to the company.You will most likely not be speaking with him by phone. But you might end up getting an email or two from him or his assistant.

As Chief Financial Officer, Darwin’s approval is necessary for all financial management decisions that involve clients, company, legal matters, banking matters, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Although he may look like he could be a historic “gold miner or prospector”, he has never panned for one nugget of gold in his life. However, he does inspire all other members of our team to realize that we have the most wonderful jobs in the world. The job of finding unclaimed funds owed to people who have suffered financial injury in some way in their life experience, and being in a position to give money to them. Money, that for the most part, they had no clue was in existence.

So we are a business that works hard to find money, so there is money to easily give away.

Vanessa handles some outgoing and incoming phone calls, does transcription work and makes sure underwriting and closing documents are complete, prompt and effective for the closing agents we normally deal with. She keeps the office environment cheerful as you can see.
